I just wanted to write to you on behalf of myself and my mum to say thank you very much to you and your staff for looking after my grandfather. We went to visit him today and we could not get over the change in him, he has only been with you a few days but he looks like my grandfather again. My mum and I are very sorry we missed you but hope to see you one time when we are visiting him. Once again thank you very much Emily
